Boxercise

A fitness class based around the high paced boxing for fitness. We are a boxing gym. We will show you proper technique, so you get the most from your exercise and stay safe. However do not panic if you have no boxing experience or are not looking to fight. Come and enjoy a fun exercise class with all the health benefits that boxing can offer to your fitness levels. All fitness and experience levels welcome. Class is open to males and females ages 16 and over.

 

Fighter Fit Fitness

We will mix this class up to keep you on your toes and keep your body guessing. Will it be a Bootcamp, will it be Metafit, MetaPower, TRX or something new we have come up with. You will never know. Unless of course you come.  Class is open to males and females ages 16 and over.

 

Female Boxing

Want to learn to box? This class will teach you proper boxing technique and take you through the stages from the beginning of learning to box. Whether you want to build up to be able fight, learn self-defence or just want the fitness like no other that boxing will bring. Class is open to females only, all fitness, skill and experience levels welcome. Ages 16 and over.

 

Kids Boxing 5-10

A fun class that can help teach young kids discipline and channel energy. We will teach proper technique in a safe environment. Whether children want a fun exercise, to learn self-defence, channel energy or build to be able to fight. Class is open to males and females ages 5-10 years of age.

 

Kids Boxing 11-16

A fun class that can help teach young kids discipline and channel energy. We will teach proper technique in a safe environment. Whether children want a fun exercise, to learn self-defence, channel energy or build to be able to fight. class is open to males and females ages 11-16 years of age.

 

Technique Boxing

A dedicated boxing class aimed at those that want to hone their boxing skills, increase their fitness levels or build strong technique in boxing. You do not need to be a fighter to do this class however a higher fitness level is needed and some experience in boxing technique. Class is open to males and females ages 16 and over. 

 

Technique Boxing (Invite Only)

A dedicated boxing class aimed at those that want to fight, hone their boxing skills, increase their fitness levels and build strong technique in boxing. Higher fitness level and experience in boxing technique needed.  This class will be by invite by our coaches only. Speak to us at the gym if you would like to join this class and we can help you reach the fitness, skill and dedication level required. 

 

Open Gym Time

We want you to get the most from your gym experience and sessions so we will have open training available. The gym will be open for 1 Hour for open sessions. A coach will always be present so you can ask for assistance and guidance or receive encouragement and support. Come on down and utilise all the equipment while creating your own workouts or time frames. Whether you want to practice a technique you have learned on the bags or with a mate. Try something new like our Peg board or some TRX without the pressure of a larger class or you just want to come and have a sweat sesh.  Talk to us if you want us to create you a workout, drills or exercise so you can have more guidance during this session.
